This Privacy Policy describes how Capsule AI Corp. ("Capule AI," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use our services ("Services"). Given the nature of communications and information processing technology, Capsule AI cannot guarantee that Information in our care will be absolutely safe from intrusion by others during transmission through the Internet or while stored on our systems or otherwise.

9. Age Limitations

To the extent prohibited by applicable law, Capsule AI does not allow use of our Services and Site by anyone younger than 16 years old. Capsule AI will take steps to delete Personal Data if it learns that anyone younger than 16 has provided information.

Our Services may contain links to other websites and services that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site.
